Magnificently situated in rural West Surrey is Fulbrook House, an exceptional and compact estate with an outstanding Grade II listed house designed by Edwin Lutyens in 1896. The 21 acre gardens were designed by Gertrude Jekyll and have commanding views over the picturesque valley of the River Wey.

The house and gardens were acquired and subsequently sympathetically and extensively restored.
